This is where Zoho One comes in. We use it for our bookkeeping, CRM, project management, social media management, and so much more — they advertise 40 apps in one and they aren’t kidding! (You probably got the emails when we rolled out our customer portals.)
For us, bookkeeping and payroll wasn’t enough. We looked at other solutions, and they were too complicated, too expensive, or both. Zoho One has allowed us to pull everything we do into one place and has revolutionized how we work — they even integrate with Microsoft apps or, if you want to further consolidate, you can even use Zoho for email and team chats (without having to pay for Microsoft or Slack).
We cannot say enough good things about them and, when our clients start to go from solo to growing, we recommend that they move from simple bookkeeping to true business management. The best part? You don’t have to hire a developer or IT person to help you set it up (though we’re happy to help if you’d rather have someone else manage the rollout for you without paying an arm and a leg for it).
